Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Service Manager at Strand Composites located at various job sites around the US. The Field Service Manager will oversee and manage field service operations, including coordinating service schedules, managing field service personnel, ensuring timely and quality product installations, and resolving any customer issues or concerns. The Field Service Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize service processes and improve customer satisfaction.




  • Experience in field service management and operations

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • General knowledge of large vessel construction

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus

  • TWIC card

  • Experience working in chemical processing environments

  • Knowledge of and the ability to comply with OSHA and other site specific safety programs
