Our processes are considered craft labor. Each vessel is unique and requires commitment and expertise that you can't learn in a short period of time.
Our process has nuisance dust and odors. It can get hot in the summertime and make nuisances even more irritable.
Current starting pay for shop labor is: $18.00 per hour
Work Hours are: 6:00 am until 4:30 pm - Monday - Thursday
There will be overtime at times on Fridays.
Field Premium ranges from: $28.00 to $38.00 depending on experience, with travel per diem.
